  1. Tried to thank you on Youtube for answering my question about halting a fermentation through cold crashing. I plan on trying to see if I can use my fridge (or even frigid nights this winter) to stop a fermentation with enough residual sugar to result in a semi -sweet mead. For that, of course, I will need to plan to start with about 5-10 points more sugar than I want from the alcohol
