Rosh Hashanah at the Mead Hall

On September 21st, ​Ricky the Meadmaker is back in the kitchen to celebrate The Jewish New Year with Viking-interpretations of his family’s Rosh Hashanah dinner.
Will there be garlic studded lamb? Apple and honey cocktails? Challah more magnificent than you’ve ever seen in your life? Let’s just put it this way, you will have eaten things worth atoning for at Yom Kippur.
