  1. I love reading your articles. They sound like talking to you.

    I have an “Ask the Meadmaker” question: your mead seems like it would be perfect for marinating stuff but I don’t want to waste it and/or the meat on experimentation. Is it? And if so, any suggestions on spices, etc., that would make the meat more flavorful?
